Stop stealing human artists' work to train AI

I found my work on the website which novalAI uses to train their AI model months ago. Feel upset but don't know what to do, even if I ask them to remove it, my artwork is used as fuel to train their model without notifying me. They get profit from their users, I got nothing. To be frank, I lost part of my passion to create new artwork. I have to work full-time to support my life, so if I want to continue my dream as an artist, I need to use nearly all my spare time after work and on weekends. Feel exhausted after 20 hours + spending on my artwork each time, I also wonder if it really deserves it. Now the pictures generated by AI are everywhere, they just take minutes even seconds to get the pictures, but I need to use 20+ hours for each piece and years to practice. And they can take my work easily and break it into pieces and use it as fuel to train their AI. I know every picture generated by that model can have a piece from my work. I’m not the only one who feels upset and lost some passion. Especially for some new starters in this area, it's impossible for them to draw as well as AI in beginning, will they really be willing to spend days and years practicing and gaining skills as artists? Even if they really love this career, can they bare years without much feedback and profits to practice? Someone may even ask them if their work is generated by AI or ask why don't they use AI but draw by themselves. If artists are not willing to post their work or even give up their dreams, and fewer starters want to join this area because of this kind of environment, what can they use to train AI？ Always loop the same thing and generate more similar pictures? Is this really a better future?
